AI Limitations: AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
Voice & Emotion Analysis: Your voice data and emotional expressions may be processed to provide service functionality. We do not sell your voice data to third parties.
No Recordings: Voice conversations are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored unless explicitly stated in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of HumeChat is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect authentication data, usage metrics, and emotional expression data to improve service quality. You consent to this data processing by using the service.
Proprietary Software: HumeChat is proprietary software owned by BitWise Solutions. All rights reserved. This software is not open source and is subject to copyright protection.
Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not grant you any rights to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the service or its underlying technology.
Prohibited Uses: You may not use HumeChat or any of its components for commercial purposes, create derivative works, or use it in any competing product or service without explicit written permission from BitWise Solutions.
Your Content: You retain ownership of your input data, but grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, and analyze it solely to provide and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your conversations or voice data.
HumeChat integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google OAuth, Hume AI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
NO WARRANTIES: The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumeChat and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or emotional distress.
Service Notice: This service is currently in testing phase. Expect bugs, downtime, and data loss. Use at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HumeChat, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where HumeChat operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
